Located at Iskandar Puteri in Johor, Silvador operates an automated electroplating plant that can be configured to produce high-mix/low-volume or low-mix/high-volume components .

We utilize a range of 80 – 750 liter baths for our electroplating processes of Gold 24K, Palladium, Nickel and Copper.

Our factory occupies an area of 48,000 sq ft and in addition to the electroplating lines, it is also equipped with machinery to perform Casting, Copper Forming, Polishing & Buffing, Sand Blasting, Soldering and Assembly & Packaging.

With the support of an in-house well-equipped laboratory to conduct hull-cell test, gravimetric and volumetric chemical analysis , we are perfectly capable of designing customized electroplating process to suit Customer’s unique requirements.
